Privacy Policy

Salesgluon operates as a boutique B2B outbound agency. This policy explains what information we collect when you interact with our website, our engagement workflows, and our outbound systems — and how we handle, protect, and share that information.

Effective January 2026

01

Overview

We respect the operators we work with and the prospects we reach on their behalf. We collect the smallest amount of personal information needed to run an engagement, deliver a qualified meeting, or respond to an inquiry — and we never sell or rent any of it.

References to we, us, or Salesgluon mean Salesgluon and its operators. References to you mean any visitor, prospect, or client interacting with our website, communications, or services.

02

Information we collect

We collect three categories of information:

  • Information you give us — your name, business email, company, role, and any details you share through a contact form, strategy call, or signed engagement.
  • Information we collect automatically — standard log data (IP address, browser, device, referring URL, pages viewed) and analytics events used to improve the site and measure campaign performance.
  • Information from verified data sources — business contact details (name, title, professional email, LinkedIn URL) sourced from public listings and licensed B2B data providers, used to build the ICP universes that power our outbound work for clients.
03

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries, schedule strategy calls, and produce proposals.
  • Deliver active client engagements — including outbound sequencing, deliverability monitoring, intent enrichment, and meeting handoffs.
  • Maintain operational records (CRM, billing, performance reporting) for active and prior engagements.
  • Improve the website, the Engine, and the operator notes we publish.
  • Meet legal, tax, and audit obligations.

We do not run advertising-targeting profiles on visitors. We do not sell, lease, or trade personal information.

04

Sharing and disclosure

We share limited information with vetted vendors who power parts of our operation — for example, our CRM, email infrastructure, analytics, intent-data, and payment processors. Each vendor is bound by a data-processing agreement that limits use of the information to providing the service to us.

We may disclose information when required by law, in response to a valid subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Salesgluon, our clients, or the public.

If Salesgluon is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify affected clients before any change of control.

05

Cookies and analytics

The site uses essential cookies and privacy-aware analytics to understand which pages and playbooks are reaching the right operators. You can disable cookies through your browser; the site will continue to work, but some features (form prefills, session continuity) may degrade.

We do not deploy third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

06

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or outdated information.
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, including outbound contact for prospects covered by GDPR, UK GDPR, or comparable laws.
  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

Send any rights request to hello@funnelaim.co. We respond inside 30 days, or sooner where local law requires.

07

Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as it is needed to deliver the service, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Engagement records are kept for the contractual retention period — typically twenty-four months after the final invoice — and then deleted or anonymised.

08

Security

Operator accounts use role-based access, two-factor authentication, and encrypted credential storage. Sending infrastructure is monitored daily for deliverability and abuse. We assess any suspected incident promptly and notify affected clients without undue delay where the incident is likely to affect them, in line with applicable law.

No system is unbreakable. We work to keep the surface small and the response fast.

09

International transfers

Salesgluon operates across markets in EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. Information may be processed in any jurisdiction where we or our vendors operate. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or your explicit consent to lawfully transfer data.

10

Children

The site and our services are intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of sixteen. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the services, law, or our operations. Material changes are flagged at the top of the page; the effective date above always reflects the most recent version.
